Custom Plumbing is ALWAYS my recommendation to anyone who needs those services. The owner is wonderful and all the techs I have met have been stellar! Dylan was my most recent guy and he was very nice, even helped us out with an unrelated angle stop issue in our bathroom. 10/10 will be back!

I live in the Pacific Heights Subdivision in Redding and had to have the water supply lines for the whole house replaced due to defective water lines under the foundation. This was a recurring problem and we decided to not just fix the current leak this time and had Custom replace everything.
Big job. Expensive - but we absolutely feel we received good value for our hard earned money. It took the 3-man crew about 6 days from start to finish.
The guys showed up everyday when they said they would and worked hard all day long. At the end of each day they cleaned everything up, (drywall messes, wall and attic insulation, tools...), making this ordeal less of a headache for sure.
We absolutely would and will recommend Custom for any type of plumbing issues in the future.

They came mid September to fix a leak. At the time, they said another seal looked pretty old and would I like to change that, too. I was being cheap and said no, I'd wait. Just returned from a week's trip to a 3 foot puddle in my bathroom. Sure enough, the other seal had failed. These guys ate honest and knowledgeable. Listen to them. Lesson learned.

I would not recommend this company unfortunately. The plumber dropped a super heavy garbage disposal onto my brand new kitchen cabinet and put a huge gash in the bottom of the cabinet. He assured me they'd take care of it, and after five phone calls with multiple people including the owner, they tried to get out of paying for the repair which was not that much money, saying there was other damage they didn't do on the cabinet. The damage they did do they didn't want to take responsibility for and after arguing with the owner, I told him, it wasn't worth the stress, and I didn't want anything from him. He's not a nice guy and doesn't know anything about customer service.

Fantastic Service, customer service and job well done ! I called Custom Plumbing for a toilet reset and they had Patrick come out within the hour to complete the work. Thanks to his further assessment of the problem , it came to light my toilet flange was actually snapped and needed replacing. He gave me the option of if wanted it fixed , which I rightfully agreed to and went straight to it . Got my toilet reset , flange replaced and fastened back down all within an hour! If you need a job well done with the utmost respect , efficiency and great results in a timely manner these folks are the ones to call! Thanks again Patrick!
