Truly professional work by nice people. Problems solved, not covered over, disguised, postponed et cetera. They know their business and they do things right. Think about this: who do you want to let into your HOME? Corner cutters? Drunks? I've had both in the past and that's why I'm HAPPY to call Schuler when something UNhappy happens with our plumbing. They have my HIGHEST recommendation.

My home warranty company chose them as a follow up company. Initially a different contractor looked at the problem, he couldn’t fit under my house so the HWC went to them.
The first problem started with the day they came to reinspect/diagnose the problem. They gave a window of 10-12. My dad took time out of his day to be at my house to let them in. They didn’t reach out to him until 12:45 that they were on their way. They didn’t show up until about another hour.
Tuesday 4/26 the tech calls wanting to come out that afternoon to do the repair work. I said we had to schedule time because I work and need to take time off. We scheduled for 9am on 4/28. I told him specifically, as I do when booking all appointments on workdays, “if you don’t hear from me, the time works and I’ll see you then. If it’s a problem, I’ll call to reschedule.” He was given my dad’s number and reached out to him that evening - despite the fact that my dad was a contact for ONE day (the initial diagnosis).
4/28 comes and I text the tech at 9:18 saying to message/call when here because I have barking dogs, and I’d let them through the side door. No word so I called and left a message at 9:50. Around 10 he calls and says there was a “miscommunication,” and that they had booked other appointments. Plus because he has to crawl under my house, he would rather do it at the end of the day so he’s not all muddy. Which would be fine, except we scheduled specifically at 9-9:30 when we talked Tuesday.
The miscommunication is that he thought I was going to call him back (either way). When he didn’t hear from me, he called my dad and assumed he would relay the information. I told him even if that was the case, he should’ve called ME to confirm.
I took a day off from work to be here, and they had to reschedule because they didn’t call the HOME OWNER to confirm. They do NOT communicate with each other properly or with customers.
After reading horror reviews from Yelp, I opted for a cash out. Another company came out the next day, looked at the issue and fixed it in 2.5 hours.

A catastrophically bad company.
Dishonest. Lazy. Uninformed. Uneducated.
Do not use, particularly in conjunction with a home warranty. Tech came out, struggled to diagnose a leak, struggled to find a control valve that was where he was told. Finally finds the leak, declares that it isn't up to current code (it's a 50 year old mobile), so he can't repair it without a new permit. This isn't true and he was told so. He refuse to do the work because he is lazy and useless. He then lied to the home warranty company about the diagnosis so he wouldn't get in trouble for refusing to do a basic job (replace 5 feet of flex pipe).
I've left 4 messages with Schuler plumbing to address it on their end, they have taken my information, told me no one was available to talk about it at the time, and have utterly refused to return that call.
I wouldn't intentionally use this trash company if the service was free.

The guy's who came out did not know where the leak was coming from and took a guess. It was not the right guess and I still have a leak. When I called them back they told me I need a new order. I do not recommend this company.
