They did the complete plumbing build for our new facility and it was (still has been) flawless in workmanship. Review of this company are meaningless. Negative are deleted leaving only positive.
This company broke my septic and let it leak on the ground, said it was no big deal, repaired it and it leaked again, then finished the job and didn't turn on valve to leach field. I discovered it after being told that they couldn't come for 10 days. By then it would have backed up to the new pool house causing a catastrophe.
They acted as general contractor. Had numerous issues including roofing , substandard framing that I had to get them to correct. Substandard door finishing that I had to repair with another contractor.
Avoid them. They do substandard work, no supervision, and avoid warranty work.

My water heater broke and my home warranty referred my claim to Standardized Plumbing Inc. First it was very difficult to get a hold of this company. We played phone tag for a few days and then it took them a few days to submit the claim to the warranty company. I went a week without hot water. Then a few days later the building inspector showed up and told us that three things needed to be repaired by the vendor. I called Standardized Plumbing to see if we could get repairs scheduled. plumber came out and said she needed to go into town to get supplies after reviewing what modifications needed to be made. I never saw her again after that. I called the company the next week since they are closed on weekends to figure out what is going on and when the employee will be back out to fix those three items. They claim that they have need to charge me four hundred dollars to fix the repairs. And that it is new work that is being done…. No its not. They drilled holes through my wall securing the earthquake strap and thus it is not secure. That is the big fix because the water closet is tight they have to pull the water heater completely out to fix it. Also they needed to saw the vent hole a little wider on one side and extend the pressure pipe to the ground to pass the building inspection. They refused to take accountability for the work they did. And want to charge me more money to fix their mistakes. They are unprofessional and will charge you for any mistakes they make. I would not recommend this company.

I had an emergency main break in December under my driveway at my house while at work and wife at home with kids. I called the city of Redding who came out turned my water off and let me know I’d need to detect the leak. I called numerous plumbers and standardized was one of them. They showed up to turn my water back on, see the leak, and then turn the water back off to let me know they could not detect a leak. They charged me 116.72 for that. Nothing else happened. I didn’t even use them to complete the job. I never receive a bill. They call me 3 months later threatening to send me to small claims court for not paying a service fee for their visit(?). They did nothing for me and still charged me. Rip off!! Stay clear. Call American leak first no one else. What a joke!

This is the only PLACE ANYONE SHOULD call or give your business to. The nicest, the most comfortable employees I've dealt with. Went bravo zulu. That's the best of the best in navy term, for their abilities, their will, to get the job done without any negative enhancements, like dragging on with unnecessary addons for more money. I'm VERY VERY VERY IMPRESSED and happiness for their professionalism... Thank you
