The food is good, although their online menu shows much more content than their physical location menu. With this being said, my big gripe is with how average the service is.
The staff are quick to sit customers down with a menu and get drinks, but beyond that it's a long waiting period between courses and if they are busy customers might be waiting an even longer time on receiving the bill. For instance, me and my Wife had to wait 40 minutes on our bill. Oof!

I was not impressed with our lunch experience here. The place is nicely decorated, subtly classy. There were only a couple other occupied tables, so imagine our surprise at having to wait at least a half hour for our sandwich orders. And, we had to flag down the server for drink refills. Once she dropped our food off, she disappeared and not once came to check on us. Overall, the food was tasty, portions too small while prices were too high for the amount you get, and the service was horrible. No smile, no friendly small talk, and very impersonal. I'm not likely to return any time soon.

So the menu wasn't too complicated it was simple and the service was excellent. A good beer selection not too complex but very worthy of a bar. We got discount even though we did not stay at the hotel it was for 15% off. I'd go back or will go back next time I'm in town

Went there last night for a work party and decided to go into the bar to get a drink. Terrible idea! Friday night and the lady behind the bar seemed frazzled. Rough count of 10 people in the bar area. She told us she had to run to the kitchen to get someones food. We waited a few minutes ( no big deal he was there first) then she mumbled something and walked back in the kitchen. After 10 minutes of waiting plus her not so friendly attitude we left. Our party turned out decent. Wait staff were on top of taking care of pur table pretty good. The food on the other hand probably would have tasted decent it wasn’t cold. Everyones plates at our table were cold. I know cooperations use them frequently for parties so this is not their first rodeo. I hope they choose to hive some sort of discount and make this right because i know if this was me spending thousands of dollars i would be demanding some sort of compensation. If you mess up you need to address it and compensate for your mess up. Thats what any business with good customer service would do.
