I ordered a Hawaiian pizza had no meat and nearly any pineapple. When I called to complain they got the supervisor on the phone that argued with me about the pizza worst service ever and the pizza was not that good. The crust was partly burnt and the cheese pulled away from the bread. This place is a joke I will go to any other place but here

The food is not bad, but they need change in the management, Jessica the manager is rude. They messed up my order , I am vegetarian and I got non-vegetarian pizza. I was disappointed after driving and getting my order. After requesting a refund I didn't get one and just was offered another vegetarian pizza but as it was a pick up I couldn't make that might.
I was promised a pizza on another day, but yet when I asked for one, I got yelled at bad stating how I was unable to come the same day and get it then and there by Jessica .
I definitely believe this is not the customer service anyone would provide.
But if you are good with rude behavior food is good.

Decent food, but not super great food. With a little effort I think their menu could be more upscale. The service was good, but every time I've been in, the ice machine in their soda fountain is broke and unfortunately, the soda isn't chilled.

I'm not pleased with this place anymore.. it use to be really good but this time I had a delivery and it was not satisfying at all. My pizza was two hours late and the cinna sticks were stail and tasted like they stat for two hours before they were delivered.. there was no apology for my delivery being late from the time that was told it would arrive . I won't be ordering from poppy's pizza again.

My wife introduced me to this pizza and it is the one of the best pizza places in town. We live off of Girvan and drive all the way to Lake Boulevard to pick it up not to mention their customer service is great and the price is fair. Definitely call in advance always busy.
