this place has put passion quality and service to a whole new set standard for me.
Im a weekly regular who has tried all the surrounding roundtable, and hands down this one on Westwood is by far the BEST!!! They put their heart and soul in the orders you place. at this pizza shop, you can really have certainty that these pies are made with integrity, passion and most importantly with LOVE!
they have a customer for life.. at this pace!

Had a delivery that was messed up and went back the next day to have see if they would make me a new pizza. Justine was super helpful and very polite. Didn’t argue and explained what may have been the issue with the crust yesterday. Thank you for great customer service!

Well I've never posted anything in my life about a restaurant. But when you walk in to order a pizza and then yours is done half an hour after everybody else that came in 20 minutes after you. Then it's the wrong damn thing. First time I ever had a round table Pizza that even my dog wouldn't eat. One of the last places I had to go. Now that's screwed up. I'm done. And how the hell does somebody forget to put sauce on a pizza.?

We had to wait over an hour for a small pizza. I checked every 10-15 minutes and they kept lying to me telling me it was in the oven. 1 hr and 13 minutes after ordering it was finally done. Why wouldn’t they just be honest and tell me they were behind or whatever the delay was. I will never go here again just because they are dishonest.

I live .1 mile too far for delivery, so I drove there. I understand the policy, no complaint about that. The friendly gal who rang me up at the register was pleasant and sweet, fantastic experience there.
The mind blower (see picture below, banana for size reference): I ordered a large, deep pan half sausage, half Hawaiian.
This is down right the worst pizza anyone has ever served to me in my life. Was I at round table or in the twilight zone?! It was burnt, small for a large, and I had one piece because I was starving. The stars I gave were only because the customer service was so good. That deserves a solid ten out of ten.
Unbelievably disappointing. Bleh. Next time it's Chuck e cheese, even on their worst day, they're far superior to this.
